Join us at South Coast Adventures in Hamworthy Park for a wood-fired sauna session right on the harbours edge, with views looking out across the water.
Step inside our barrel sauna, switch off, soak up the stunning views, hop in a cold plunge or brave a dip in the harbour at high tide.
When & Where? 📅 5th & 6th July, 10th Aug, 31st August - select your date below! ⏰ Timings are different on each date as we aim to base our sessions around the high tide - perfect dipping conditions! 📍 South Coast Adventures, Hamworthy Park, Lulworth Ave, Poole BH15 4DH. (walk left from the car park, past the cafe and children's paddling pool - you'll see us next to a white building, at the end of a line of beach huts. Approx 5-10 min walk from the car park)
What to Bring? 🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on inside the sauna, one for your body) 🩴 Water shoes - the entrance to the water can be rocky 👙 Swimwear 🚰 Water bottle

We want you to get the most out of your time with us, so please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session starts. If you are late, we won't be able to extend your booking as we run a tight schedule and we'd hate for you to miss out!
