Sun Salutation Sunday with Helly's Happy Place Yoga & BAKE Saunas
Come and honour the sun and warm the body with outdoor yoga before soaking in the harbour views in our woodfired sauna. We’ll finish the morning with home baked treats and cosy herbal teas.
📍 South Coast Adventures, Hamworthy Park, Lulworth Ave, Poole BH15 4DH. (walk left from the car park, past the cafe and children's paddling pool - you'll see us next to a white building, at the end of a line of beach huts. Approx 5-10 min walk from the car park)
