Sauna Sessions by the Sea 🌊🔥

We’re bringing the heat to Hamworthy! Join us at South Coast Adventures in Hamworthy Park on the 17th & 18th May for some Harbourside Heat - a weekend of wood-fired sauna sessions right on the harbours edge. 

Step inside our barrel sauna, switch off, and soak up the views, and brave a plunge.

When & Where?
📅 Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May
⏰ 09:00 - 14:00 (High tide - perfect swim conditions!) 
📍 South Coast Adventures, Hamworthy Park

Please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session starts. 

What to Bring? 
🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on inside the sauna, one for your body)
🩴 Flipflops/sliders/water shoes
👙 Swimwear
🚰 Water bottle - stay hydrated!
