Session Info:

• 45-minute sessions
• Up to 8 people per session
• Includes cold plunges and cold shower

Booking Options:

Communal Sessions

Hop in with fellow festival-goers for a steamy, social experience - £15 per person - up to 8 people per session. 

Private Sessions

Want the whole sauna to yourselves? Perfect for groups of pals or a calm moment alone - £100 per session for up to 10 people. 

Booking more than one session across the weekend? Get 10% off your second (or third!) booking. Discount automatically applied at checkout.

What Should I Bring?

• Swimwear (no nudity this time, sorry!)
• 2 x towels - one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry yourself 
• Water bottle (hydration is boss!) 
• Sliders/flip flops/crocs 
• An open mind and a love of heat 

Good to Know:

• Please arrive 10 mins before your start time - we have a packed schedule so can’t extend your session if you arrive late, sorry! 
• Sessions are 45 minutes - allowing our team time to reset the space for the next group
• Please read our booking declaration at checkout - anyone under the influence, is pregnant or has any health concerns should not use the sauna or cold plunge - please speak to us beforehand if you have any queries. 
• You’re welcome to book multiple sessions - morning, golden hour, late night… 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout for multiple sessions.
