The Season Reset Part 2 - Festive Edition at French Weir Park!

The second installment of our Seasonal Morning Retreat Combining yoga with Bex, coffee + sweet treats from The Weir Café, riverside sauna session with us, BAKE Saunas, helping you slow down, connect and reset as we transition into winter a calming slow yin yoga class, that invites stillness and deep release through long held passive poses.

Soak up the deep warmth of our wood-fired sauna by the river, breathe in the crisp air, cool off with a cold plunge or river dip and leave feeling refreshed, calm + reset.

What to Bring?
🧘 comfy clothes you're happy to do yoga in, and some big fluffy socks! Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided but feel free to bring your own
🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on inside the sauna, one for your body)
👣 Flipflops/sliders/water shoes
👙 Swimwear
🚰 Water bottle - to stay hydrated!

We want you to get the most out of your time with us, so please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session starts. If you are late, we won't be able to extend your booking as we run a tight schedule and we'd hate for you to miss out!

About the Yoga:

✨ You’ll experience the grounding stillness of yin yoga – a quiet space to rest, soften and reconnect with body + mind. You’ll be guided through a slow, floor-based practice with longer, supported holds helping you to become aware of the subtle sensations of the body, reconnecting back to yourself with ease.

✨ No yoga experience needed ~ this class welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners. If you’re working with any injuries or health conditions, just let us know when booking so we can ensure everything feels safe and supportive.

✨ Props + mats provided. Feel free to wear whatever you like: comfy clothes or gym gear, plus a few extra layers to keep you cosy before you warm up properly in the sauna.
