Join us for a very special women’s only sunset sauna ritual, guided by experienced ritualist and sauna sister, Louise.
Lou will gently lead you through a series of traditional sauna practices, woven together into a slow, sensory session. As the October evenings draw in and the air turns crisp, you’ll move through rounds of heat and cold, allowing yourself to be held by the warmth of the sauna before stepping out to cool off, with the option of plunging in our chilled baths.
What to expect:
Lithuanian-inspired leaf whisking - gentle tapping and sweeping of the body using bundles of foraged leaves. An old sauna tradition that feels every bit as lovely as it sounds.
Handmade natural body scrubs - massaged into warm skin between rounds of heat, leaving you feeling soft and refreshed.
Aromatic smelling salts - fragrant salts used throughout the ritual to add another layer of sensory calm.
Heat & cold - time in the warmth of the sauna followed by a break in the crisp evening air - or a dip in our chilled baths. A simple, invigorating rhythm that leaves you feeling wonderfully alive.
A gentle evening of women, warmth and ritual as the sun goes down, with autumn settling in around us.
